Coach Maxx Amato

Coach Maxx is a 2009 graduate of CBHS, as well as a legacy player. He has had many other family members play for the school. Maxx was a 3-year varsity starter at linebacker, as well as team captain and MVP in 2009. He went on to play Division 1 and Division 2 college football. Coach Maxx is in the top 5 all-time in school history in tackles and wins as a player at Cocoa Beach. He won a conference championship at Jacksonville University, and was a part of the building and successful launch of Florida Tech’s football program which included the first win and playoff wins in school history. Coach Maxx has been coaching in total for 3 years, with this fall being his 4th, all at Cocoa Beach. In each year he has coached, he has had at least one player from his position group receive all-county accolades and be offered college scholarships.
